Shipping & Delivery
Our wheel price includes free shipping. It’s delivery-to-door service. The price you see is the price you pay. For most of countries, we can provide free duty shipping service, so you can contact us to confirm whether your countries can be free duty before place order.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your delivery needs, we’ll provide the tracking number to you after we ship your order.
●Standard Shipping:
For most countries, We’ll arrange to ship the goods to you safely with reliable couriers and without any unwanted taxes or fees. For countries where tax/fees exemption is not applicable, we will try our best to minimize your payable expenses. Any unexpected related fees shall be borne solely by you, for which we shall not be held responsible.
Since standard shipping is mainly designed to avoid tariffs and miscellaneous charges, its delivery speed is relatively slow, please wait patiently. We will provide you with a tracking number for you to check the logistics status anytime.
●Express Shipping:
If you want to try our wheels ASAP, you can contact us to use Express shipping method. For this method, usually it’s shipped by FedEx, DHL, UPS. Please note you’ll need to pay import taxes or duties if you choose this shipping method, but we’ll do our best to minimize these fees.
Package Tracking
We will send you tracking number via email 1-2 business days after we ship your order, and Please note that tracking information may not update timely until the package arrives in your destination country. This is normal, and your shipment is in transit as scheduled. If you’re worry, you can contact us (info@ornanbike.com) to learn about your package tracking status.
What should I do if the package arrives damaged?
Firstly, Always inspect the package contents before signing for delivery. If you notice external packaging damage, you may sign for the package with a “Damaged” notation. If the contents are visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery entirely. Please photograph all damage to both the packaging and contents, then email the images to (info@ornanbike.com) Our team will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
